There are four possible reasons why the USB memory is not recognized.

(1) The USB memory is password-locked

Use a USB memory that is not password-locked.

(2) Not formatted with FAT32

USB memory formatted with NTFS , exFAT, FAT16, etc. cannot be used.
Use a USB memory formatted with FAT32.
Please note that formatting will erase the files in the USB memory.

(3) The capacity of the USB memory is larger than 32GB
Use a USB memory of 32GB or less.
