After replacing router, I cannot print on MFP. (Check IP)
1. Make sure that the computer and multifunction device can be connected.
2. Check the settings of the computer’s printer driver (the computer’s print port settings)
Press [View devices and printers] in the “Control Panel”.
3. The “Devices and Printers” screen will be displayed. Select the printer, right-click it, and press [Printer properties].
4. When the “Properties of the printer” screen is displayed, click the [Ports] tab.
5. The “Port for printing” setting screen will be displayed. Select the name (or IP address) of the multifunction device that has been used so far in the port column, and press [Configure port]
6. The “Configure standard TCP/IP port monitor” screen appears. Set the new printer name or IP address in “Printer name or IP address
Example- (Old: 10.25.221.9 → New: 10.25.223.19)
[Old IP: 10.25.221.9]
[New IP: 10.25.223.19]
Check the settings and press [OK].
7. Click [OK] to close the “Properties of the printer” screen.
